Do you find yourself watching prone foiling in slow motion to check out the mechanics of top surf foilers - Here is Barry, a very accomplished prone surf foiler caught in slow motion at Rainbow Bay / Snapper rocks catching a wave and pumping out behind the break. Check out all the videos at https://foilingfrenzy.com I particularly like the fluid action in his pop with both feet coming up at the same time.

It's very notable that the pros keep the nose of their board between  3 and 4 o'clock while riding the face of a wave. When pumping, his prowess is keeping the board between 2:30 and 3:30pm.
