Foiling Frenzy recently caught up with James Grundy from Konrad and slow motioned him popping in small in shore break.

Fluid in motion, James been on the water his entire life and transitioned from surfing, body boarding, kite surfing to the foil... you can see his perfect pop in play here in slow motion as he gets up on his Konrad foil.
