Knowledge Tip - Short Neck, Long Neck, Advance and Advance+
At Foiling Frenzy, we have kept it simple. When we say "short neck" and long neck fuselages, we are talking about the spacing of hydrofoil from the front of the mast. Here with the short neck, the tip of the fuselage is 200 mm from the mast. Other A-Mount hydrofoil producers might call it "Advance" or "Advance +"
We also have a 560mm "Long Neck" fuselage with the hydrofoil spaced and more stable further from the mast - it's a matter of personal preference.
