Dock Start Beginners - Find a good DOCK!

When setting off on your dock start journey, be sure to find a great place to do it. There are a number of things to look for when dock starting, but when you get proficient you will never look at the water the same! 

Anytime you see some water, you will look for a dock... and a way to get out! No point being stuck in the water. 

When selecting try to check all these extra boxes 

1. Dock with space for foil, tail etc to get under the dock 
2. Nothing is going to bite you 
3. No weed or sea grass 
4. No rocks to scratch your foil 
5. Walk out exit, easy steps or ladder
