Lots of people look at foil surf board setups with amazement and ask what is surf foiling? what is prone foiling? What is foiling?

In this first video of my video education series, we go through the basics of what is surf foiling? What is prone foiling? What is foiling? We take a look at the components of a foiling board, the surf foil board, the mast, the foil / wing and fuselage and the stabiliser. These are all essential parts of foil board.

There is a little bit of footage of how to catch a wave and how to not catch a wave.
