Learning to prone foil surf is no easy task and as you get the hang of it you are going to need to look out for your safety and for others.

Prone foil surfboards are a weapon with a lot more going no below the water and it's going to hurt if you or others get tangled up in it.

After 300 hours of learning to prone foil surf, here are a few safety tips to reduce your risk of injury. More so if you seriously injured someone, that's going to be on your card forever.
